1. Shipping Policy
We strive to get your high-quality tools into your garage as quickly and safely as possible. Because automotive tools can be heavy, all orders are professionally packed with heavy-duty protection to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the total weight of your tools and your shipping destination. You can view the exact shipping fee at checkout before completing your purchase.
Pro Tip: Because professional garage tools carry significant weight, bundling multiple items into one single order can significantly reduce your average shipping cost per tool!

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment via our Track Your Order page.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: For international orders, please note that ZOOYL is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
2. Returns & Exchanges
Not the right fit for your toolbox or workshop? No problem. We offer a 30-day return window for your peace of mind.
30-Day Return Period: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your tool must be:
- Unused, unsoiled, and in the same condition as you received it
- In the original packaging (including any protective cases, plastic wraps, or foam inserts)
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Tools that show clear signs of misuse, modification, or heavy shop/garage wear
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned tool at our warehouse, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a tool that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team at support@zooyl.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for you at no additional cost.
